Student Behaviour Policy
NSW public schools are committed to providing safe, supportive, and responsive learning environments for everyone across a range of settings. We teach and model the inclusive and safe behaviours we value in our students.
The NSW Department of Education has revised its Student Behaviour Policy, which came into effect from Day 1 of 2024.
This policy is to help public schools support students to behave in positive ways.
Parents and Carers should:
- work with the school to support how their child behaves and learns
- support the school's plan to manage how a student behaves
- work with the school when there are issues with how their child behaves
Below is the behaviour code for students. This code will be discussed with all students in all classrooms.
