These tools serve as tangible rewards for students' efforts and achievements, helping to motivate them to engage in positive behaviours and participate actively in class. By recognising and celebrating individual accomplishments, we promote a sense of community and collaboration, enhancing social skills and encouraging teamwork. Stickers and points also provide a visual representation of progress, boosting confidence and making learning more enjoyable. We believe that these strategies contribute to a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
