Principal's Message

Principal’s message
NAPLAN Tests for students in Years 3 and 5 have commenced across NSW and run from Wednesday 12th March to Monday 24th March inclusive. We wish our students the best of luck as they navigate the assessments.
The Woolworths Cricket Blast Clinics commenced on Monday March 17 and continue for the next three Mondays from Weeks 8-11 (Monday, March 17, 24, 31 and April 7). Impressively, we have 66 students who signed up for this free program.
I remind you that Parent-Student - Teacher Interviews will occur in Week 10 of Term 1. Please read the information in this newsletter on how to book an interview. Teaching staff will be talking to you about your child's areas of strength and growth. They will also highlight areas of need if required. Please support your children by attending this vital meeting.
P&C Meeting
Our next meeting is tonight, Tuesday 18th March. This meeting will be face-to-face and online. We had great attendance via Teams last meeting with 25 people online. Let's aim to get as many if not more at tonight's meeting.
Canteen
A big thank you to the P&C for organising a canteen ordering service each Friday. Like any new initiative, there have been some teething problems. Hopefully they have now been ironed out.
The P&C have sent communications via School bytes and in this newsletter on helping to support the introduction of the canteen online system. Please support this and any other initiatives that will be announced as the year progresses.
