NAPLAN Tests for students in Years 3 and 5 have concluded for this year. I will update you on the results as they come to hand.
Parent-Student - Teacher Interviews are currently happening (Monday 31st March - Wednesday 2nd April). Please take this opportunity to learn about your child's areas of strength and growth. They will also highlight areas of need if required.
The Woolworths Cricket Blast Clinics commenced on Monday March 17 and continue for the next three Mondays from Weeks 8-11 (Monday, March 17, 24, 31 and April 7). Impressively, we have 66 students who signed up for this free program.
A reminder that tomorrow, Thursday 3rd April is the Principal's Medallion Assembly. Parents are most welcome to join us. Several students will be presented with their medallions for their efforts.
Term 1 ends with a bang in Week 11 with the school Cross Country Carnival at school on Tuesday 8th April, the K-2 Easter Hat Parade along with the drawing of the Easter Raffle on Wednesday 9th April and our ANZAC Ceremony on Thursday 10th April.
As this is the last newsletter for Term 1, I would like to thank students and staff for their hard work this term and also to parents and the community for their support.
Have a safe but enjoyable break!
Rob Francis
