Early in Term 2, North Ryde Public School will be involved in External Validation (Thursday 22nd May).

North Ryde Public School is committed to ensuring a smooth and effective External Validation process, which is an important component of our continuous improvement journey. This process allows us to engage constructively with external evaluators to reflect on our practices, achievements, and areas for growth. We will begin by gathering evidence to identify our strengths and challenges. This collaborative approach will inform the development of a comprehensive self-assessment report, highlighting our accomplishments and setting clear goals for future improvements.

As we move forward, our school leadership team will implement a 4 year strategic plan to address the key focus areas identified during the self-assessment. We will establish timelines for specific initiatives and engage our staff in professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and practices. Regular updates will be shared with the parent community to keep everyone informed of our progress and to invite further feedback. By fostering open communication and collaboration, we aim to ensure that the External Validation process not only strengthens our school but also enhances the educational experience for all students at North Ryde Public School.
