Principal's Message

Principal’s message
On Thursday 22nd May, our school undertook the External Validation process.
The NSW Department of Education's external validation process is a way to ensure that schools are meeting high standards in their teaching and learning practices. This involves:
-
Review by Experts: Schools have their work reviewed by an external panel who look at how well the school is performing in areas like student learning, teaching quality, and school improvement.
-
Feedback: The panel provides feedback to the school, highlighting what they’re doing well and where they can improve.
-
Action Plans: Based on this feedback, schools create action plans to address any areas for improvement, ensuring that they are continuously bettering their teaching methods and student outcomes.
-
Regular Process: This process happens regularly, helping schools to stay accountable and focused on providing the best education possible for their students.
Overall, external validation helps schools to reflect on their practices and make necessary changes to support student success.
I am pleased to inform you of our successes.

We are extremely proud of these results as they reflect the collaborative work of teachers, parents and students. Congratulations!
Our school works successfully when we foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, engage students actively in their education, support the professional development of teachers, and maintain strong communication with families and the community. Effective leadership, clear goals, and a focus on student well-being and achievement also contribute significantly to a school's success.
I am so proud of all of you!
